We are collectively more stressed than ever! I accept my clients unconditionally and always meet you where you are at. I specifically cater sessions to each and every one of my clients’ needs. , I love being a warm presence and comfort for others. I highly enjoy teaching skills on how to navigate life in a grounded, joyous, and peaceful way. My speciality is building up self-esteem and reframing thoughts in a positive way. I truly enjoy getting to know my clients - their interests, their hopes and dreams, as well as their presenting concerns. , We all need supportive people in our lives.
