About Us

I am a psychotherapist specializing in healing from traumatic events and the symptoms that linger. Symptoms like anxiety, depression, difficulty concentrating, attachment issues, irritability, and difficulty sleeping, to name a few. I have worked extensively with women and children especially those undergoing difficult transitions and am trained in various trauma centered approaches. If years of an issue have gone untreated or if you just need a safe space to talk, you have come to the right place. I would love to assist you in your personal growth in a compassionate and safe environment where YOU lead the way. , I am committed to the well-being of my clients and their families. I offer evening, daytime, and Saturday hours to accommodate busy schedules. I only hold child and adolescent sessions in person. I offer telehealth for most other session types. I will begin to offer EMDR in August. , Regardless of the amount of time you have struggled (months, years, decades) it IS possible to find the stability you are looking for within yourself.
