It is one of my greatest honors to be able to walk alongside people as they heal from life’s past challenges, navigate life’s current stressors and work to become the best version of themselves. It is my belief that we all desire to feel seen, heard and understood, because of this I like to take a collaborative approach to treatment and tailor our time together to your specific needs and goals. My hope for therapy is to provide safe space for you to feel empowered to make lasting and sustainable change. , I work with clients on an individual basis in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma-recovery, stress management, self-esteem and more. I have specialized training in EMDR, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trust Based Relational Intervention. I am currently seeing adults, teens, and children, ages 10 and up through My Life Jax Therapy and Coaching. , It takes so much courage to embark on the journey of therapy, and I am so proud of you for taking this first step to find a provider who meets your individual needs.
