About Us

Nicholas Landry, owner and clinical director of Landry Therapy and Wellness, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with expertise in addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma. With over 15 years of experience, Nicholas has successfully helped individuals and families work through issues of grief and loss, managing daily life stressors, and assisting those who suffered from physical, emotional, or sexual trauma. Nicholas has been working closely with the Veterans Affairs helping Veterans who have developed combat-related traumas as well as works with first responders in and out of active duty. , He specializes in several evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care and Internal Family Systems. Nicholas Landry is a compassionate and realistic therapist who works best with clients who are looking to create change within their lives. , Nicholas helps those to learn how to manage their mental health symptoms by guiding them in creating a comprehensive plan to cope in a healthier & more adaptive manner. He has training in the areas of Substance Abuse/Mental Health, Trauma Resolution and in Addiction. Nicholas has also completed trainings to assist First Responders/ Military Personnel.
