About Us

Engaging in a validate and empathetic conversation can help you when you feel stressed, overwhelmed, and tired of running in circles. Mental health struggles can be difficult, distracting, exhausting mentally and doing it alone can become challenging emotionally. I’ve supported those who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, isolation, grief & loss, stress/anger management, relationship conflicts, and a variety of issues. I do therapy with Deaf & Hard of Hearing, children of deaf adult (CODA), interpreters or people who can use American Sign language (ASL). , I do believe that therapy is a unique experience that provides a safe place to assist in acknowledging learning, healing & growth, especially obtaining balancing in your personal well-being. Displaying a time for self reflection and an empathetic personality is my approach in counseling. I am currently licensed to provide therapy in Virginia, Utah & Vermont. , As a Deaf individual, my experiences and passions help me to see where you are and how you got there.
