As a dedicated Mental Health Counselor, I’m passionate about supporting adolescents as well as individuals and couples in their journey to mental well-being. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, and those facing depression, anxiety, ADHD, stress and life transitions. I also see clients struggling with their relationship and those processing trauma. Whether your goal is to take back control of your life, manage a difficult event, or cope with everyday tasks that have become impossible, I can help. I see clients ages 16 and up, recognizing each one as a unique product of their culture, up bringing, and life experiences. , With training in trauma therapy and the Gottman Method, I offer a collaborative approach that blends emotion-focused and solution-oriented strategies. Together, we’ll set clear goals to guide our sessions.
