About Us

I work with those who are seeking support and understanding, while overcoming the adversities that we often encounter during our lives. Regardless of how difficult these obstacles can be, it is important to remember that there is a way to grow through the unpleasant situations we go through. We often times cannot avoid these things but often times the best kind of self-growth often comes through getting our hands dirty so to speak. It may not always be the easier path but it is certainly more often than not the most rewarding path. , I provide individual counseling to adults seeking help for depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, codependency, thought and mood disorders, and substance abuse. I have successfully helped clients improve self-esteem, decrease depressive symptoms, and implement positive life changes into their routines. I specialize in the CBT and ACT approaches. , I believe being coachable is one of the most important aspects we as people should aspire to. Getting another perspective or compassionate supporter can sometimes be the springboard for a new journey to self-growth and having a better understanding of ourselves. It is my goal to help empower clients through that process.
