My name is Melynda and I am a licensed clinical social worker, LCSW. I have a strong history working with individuals, and couples and a long presence working with military families, active duty and veterans. I work diligently with clients struggling with one or multiple life challenges, I am well versed in Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Medical Diagnosis adjustments, Trauma, PTSD, and more. , " I tend to be a transparent therapist that works with a person or client-centered approach. I have multiple treatment modalities that I work from and consider myself to be eclectic, I do spend a lot of time on Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and Gottman methods of treatment, as appropriate for the clients needs.
