About Us

We all have the need to be loved, accepted, and heard. We are all humans under construction, trying to make it through our day-to-day as best we can, and that takes work! My goal is to provide a therapeutic environment where you do not feel judged, can openly express yourself, and begin "doing the work." Therapy is an opportunity to self-reflect, challenge oneself, and grow individually and interpersonally. My hope is to develop a strong relationship with my clients and help them on their path to personal growth and wellness. View 3 Photos, I offer counseling to individuals, couples, and families with the goal of helping clients work towards a state of holistic wellness. I have experience working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, severe and persistent mental illness, and relationship issues. I have also taught several workshops on relationship education to couples and individuals. , My goal is to help you find peace where there is disorder and healing where there is pain. I give my clients the chance to explore different areas of their life that may be affecting their mental health and work with them towards discovering purpose and fulfillment.
