I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, teens and the elderly. My clients come to me with a broad range of issues including, grief/loss, crisis, trauma, addiction, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, parenting, relationship challenges, and caring for an aging parent or child with disabilities. Typically, my clients find themselves in a life circumstance in which they need support, clarity, and a safe, nonjudgemental space to process their emotions and thoughts. , I utilizes a supportive, person-centered approach to help clients strengthen their coping skills and increase seld-awareness. I am also trained in trauma-informed EMDR therapy which has been extensively researched and proven to be helpful in the treatment of PTSD, anxiety, OCD, depression, and other distressing mental health concerns. , My relationship with my clients is extremely important to me and is the foundation for all the work we do within the therapeutic setting.
