I believe everyone holds the key to their own mental and emotional wellness within them, but at times, they may need help finding it. We all face challenging times and situations and sometimes need some help getting through them. I specialize in treating individuals who experience anxiety, depression, and general life stage changes, as well as those who come from families affected by alcoholism or dysfunctional family patterns. I welcome people who are recovering from alcoholism and are already in a 12-step program. I can help you with the challenges that come with recovery such as anxiety, depression, and codependency.
