About Us

Ms. Campana is a graduate of Princeton University with a Major in Psychology and received her Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2009. A licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 14 years of experience, she provides mental health counseling in private practice with A Time to Heal. She completed the Gottman Institute Advanced Practicum training as a Level 3 Couples Therapist. She values integrating client’s faith into the helping process only when appropriate and is licensed in: FL, MA, NJ, NY, TX, UT, NH, IL, GA. , Ms. Campana provides both live video and phone sessions. Her areas of expertise working with adults includes: stress management, anxiety, grief, depression, life transitions, caregiving, codependency, relationship issues, career issues, coping skills, and self-esteem.
