I look forward to working with individuals and families struggling with anxiety, depression, excessive worries and various other psychosocial problems. My preferred method of intervention includes the use of Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, Positive Psychology, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I will work to help you heal and persevere towards a more fulfilling life. I draw upon over 30 years of experience working within the Criminal Justice system and years of experience working with a wide variety of mental health issues. I believe a genuine and caring therapeutic alliance is necessary to achieve positive results. , Although my forensic experience has provided me with strong insight into various mental health issues, I believe that every human person is ultimately wired towards caring and fulfilling relationships. My goal is not only to assist you in healing but to help you have a well-meaning and flourishing life. , Having worked within various court systems and forensic settings, I have seen the best and worst of society. I believe many people struggle unecessarily due to a lack of understanding of better ways to work through difficult circumstances.
