Often, feelings of being overwhelmed, stuck, sad, depressed, or anxiousness are greatly reduced once you begin exploration , I love to learn and explore new ways to help you. I have studied directly with Harville Hendrix, David Kessler, Bill O’Hanlon, Francine Shapiro, Robert Dilts, Martin Seligman—originators of therapy modalities: Imago, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, E.M.D.R., Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Positive Psychology.
