I’m passionate about helping adolescents, adults, and the elderly heal their hearts. Although there’s differences, I strongly believe that we’re all driven by an innate need to fill a true sense of worth, value, and identity. I’ve found more times than not that past hurts and traumas, negative talk, criticalness, and rejection especially in the early years tend to not only fracture our sense-of-self but propel us to continue to experience even more hurt, pain, failed relationships, loneliness, and unfulfillment. Is this affecting you personally and professionally? I can also help men with ‘men issues’. , I’m a married proud adoptive parent who believes in healing. I’ll treat you uniquely. I am well versed in Christian counseling. I’ve worked with all types of clients that were dealing with trauma, PTSD, addiction, depression, anxiety, anger, domestic violence, grief, negative self-talk, and life issues. I also utilize traditional evidenced-based therapy. , Reaching out for help is necessary to move forward. I’ll walk alongside you at your pace.
