Congratulations on taking the first steps to address your mental health. Seeking counseling is a major step in pursuing the life you desire. With over twelve years of experience in providing therapeutic interventions, I aim to provide guidance in areas where stagnation or obstacles hinder clients from performing at a certain level of normalcy. Describing me is authenticity, honesty, a sense of humor, professional and sincere care for my clients. , I believe in a holistic approach to wellness specializing in mental health, relationships, family therapy, and much more. It is imperative for clients to understand they are a part of process included in therapy to not only feel better, but to also maintain a certain level of health through self-care once sessions are completed. , My counseling style is more of "let\s have a conversation." I am a bit intrusive, pushing beyond the "one word" responses to delve deeper into the nature of concern. Notice I always say concern or issue and not problem for we are not trying to "solve problems" but address arising worries. I look forward to us working together to address life\s challenges.
