Are you an adult with an Autism diagnosis, or you suspect Autism, and are unsure how to navigate, regulate, or effectively cope? Maybe you’re Autism suspecting & interested in receiving an affirming assessment? Do you have a history of anxiety & trauma which you have been unable to process in healthy ways? I work with Autistic and Allistic adults & think outside the box through innovative ways, which may include art, music, & writing, to help you on your path. I am Neurodivergent affirming. I provide teletherapy from the comfort of your home. My clients describe me as relatable, quirky, safe, open and easy to to be themselves with. , I use traditional Talk Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing & Polyvagal to help clients process whatever may be holding them back from enjoying their present. Some of my niches include autism, trauma, anxiety, depression, boundaries, neurodivergence, and anyone struggling to find their path and place in this world. , My approach is compassionate and curious. I work with you collaboratively; helping you move forward on your unique path. Life stress, trauma, anxiety and depression can affect how we view ourselves. I am Neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ affirming.
