I am a compassionate, non-judgmental therapist with over 14 years of both educational and personal experience. I am happy that you have decided to reach out for help and wanting to make some positive changes in your life! I know this process can seem a bit intimidating at first. I will teach you coping skills that you can use daily and we will devise a plan together to help you move forward in life.
