About Us

I provide an engaging, safe and interactive space for children to express themselves through play and movement activities. I help couples find the right language to communicate with each other and with their children through marital counseling and parenting sessions. My goal as a therapist is to guide individuals in attaining the skills needed to overcome internal and external adversity and achieve desired results. , I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in a variety of settings. I offer in-office counseling as well as Telehealth. I am formally trained in CBT, Gottman Method, Play Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Yoga, with extensive experience treating individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, and childhood disorders. , My goal for every person I work with is to naturally unfold inner resources and strengths. If you feel that your life is not as fulfilling as you would want it, sometimes it takes one call to get back on track or sometimes it takes a little longer, but nevertheless positive change occurs once you take that first step.
