About Us

Helping individuals overcome their struggles with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other stresses that can affect most of us at some point during our lives is my mission. I believe healing to be a collaboration using honest understanding, caring, and knowledge of oneself. I work together with my clients in identifying and developing their own goals for treatment. I draw from a variety of methods to create a personalized approach for every individual and situation. As a therapist, I am open, honest, encouraging, and direct. I combine my overall experience, education and creativity to establish a realistic approach to therapy. , I have 10 years of experience as a mental health therapist. Along with starting my own practice, I am currently working as a school social worker helping children and their families with a variety of challenges. I have experience counseling clients with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, and substance abuse. , I believe that our life experiences and the way we view them can keep us feeling stuck. My background as a social worker allows me to be comfortable counseling diverse groups of people. I am currently working with clients through telehealth. I have evening and Saturday appointments available, I look forward to meeting and working with you.
