I work with those struggling with anxiety and depression to obtain balance in their life through supportive therapy. I specialize in women’s wellness. This means I work with women who are going through a transition in life, struggling with anxiety or depression, eating disorders, infertility, postpartum, parenting, divorce, or menopause just to name a few. , I also see children experiencing symptoms of ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder). I work with the child and the parent(s) using a specific type of therapy called CBT-AR based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. , I believe the relationship is the most important part of therapy. I have been a therapist for over 20 years. I am a supportive therapist who acknowledges how difficult it is to ask for help. Together, we will create goals for therapy and various ways to achieve them.
