When working together, expect me to meet you where you are, providing you with a brave space to challenge distressing thoughts, develop changes in behavior, identify the impacts and core beliefs connected to stress and trauma, explore ways to cultivate healthy relationships, and reconnect with your lost sense of self. , I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. I believe in a well-rounded therapeutic approach utilizing person-centered while integrating different therapeutic techniques. These other therapeutic techniques include strength-based, trauma-informed, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based, and expressive arts. , Will you join me in creating a new pattern as you take the driver’s seat toward healing, as I support you as the GPS while we both navigate together at your pace?
