Currently accepting new clients for Tuesday or Saturday times! Does it feel like no matter how hard you try to escape from the past, it seems impossible? Are you having trouble with flashbacks and nightmares from past trauma? As a trauma therapist, I specialize in working with people to heal and transform past trauma including abuse, terrifying moments, and chaotic childhoods. Together we can transform patterns, habits, and emotional dysregulation that sabotage love, health, relationships, and freedom. , I use multiple methods for us to find relief in your life. I prefer to use a method called Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I am trained in other methods for healing including: Trauma Focused- CBT, Exposure Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I use approaches that are strength based, culturally sensitive, and person-centered. , I provide a secure, nonjudgmental space to address issues that may be keeping you feeling stuck and unsafe. We can work towards processing, healing, and clearing those memories that are causing pain. Additionally, I work with individuals ages 18 and older, who struggle with anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic disorder, and anger issues.
