I have helped families process new diagnoses, figure out what is a new normal. I have helped couples navigate new life stressors, facilitated end of life conversations, and grief and loss. , My approach is specialized to each patients’ individual needs. I provide a strength based, trauma informed, person-centered and solution-focused therapy.
