About Us

Often times we face obstacles or have setbacks that may get in the way of reaching our fullest potential or living a more satisfying life which then takes a toll on our emotional health. My goal as a clinician is to empower clients, by fostering growth and change in order to help them live a more fulfilling and satisfying life. I believe in working collaboratively with clients to develop insight and the necessary tools and skills to help manage their own emotional health. My therapeutic approach is best characterized by warmth, flexibility, openness, and cultural sensitivity. , I have over 20 years of clinical experience and training working with individuals from diverse backgrounds struggling with identity development, relational problems, trauma, family of origin issues, racial trauma, bereavement issues, self-esteem, depression, anxiety and stress management. I particularly enjoy working with adults, couples, and families. , I also have extensive consulting experience with various organizations across the nation, as well as supervisory experience with graduate level clinicians. I am available for both clinical supervision and organizational consultation on mental health, diversity, equity, and inclusion. I am primarily available during the weekend for appointments.
