About Us

Hi, My name is Kiara and I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. I have over 10 years of experience working in the field and I am very passionate for this work! I have worked in a variety of settings including clinics, hospitals, outpatient, in homes and addictions. I have experience working with adults, couples and teenagers who come to me for an array of reasons. I have about 5 years experience working with substance abuse and addictions for teenagers and adults as well as sexual assault and trauma. , " With the climate of todays world, I understand the importance of multi-cultural preferences and I am open to meeting the needs of my clients. The hardest step of the process of going to therapy, is actually taking the action to seeking support. And here you are! I would like to describe my approach to clients as very welcoming and warm. ", My clients provide the expectations and the goals in our sessions, my job is to offer support and guidance through the process. Counseling is about you and meeting the needs you have for yourself, not what others perpetuate your needs to be. I want you to leave my session feeling as though you are closer to meeting your goals.
