Sometimes life gets overwhelming and positive feelings disappear. Life transitions, troubled relationships, and loss affect our sense of well-being. I use a holistic approach that can bring clarity to issues that may be holding you back, and you begin to get a handle on those things that keep you stuck. Our sense of self significantly affects how we feel; dealing with self-esteem issues can have a positive impact in overall functioning and success in life. I work to help you find your growing edge toward a sense of self-fulfillment and wholeness. , As a therapist, I use a variety of tools to design a protocol to best meet individual needs. My certification as an Enneagram Practitioner provides a window into how we view and navigate the world, and my trauma informed perspective provides a holistic path towards healing. Play therapy informs and assists treatment with children and families. , Unresolved trauma manifests in other aspects of life and keeps us "stuck." The more we understand the nature of how our bodies internalize stressors, the more we can break free from the negative side effects and struggles that ensue. I work with individuals and families to tailor approaches that heal the broken places and lead to healthier dynamics.
