About Us

With over twenty-five years of direct clinical care, I have the experience in providing counseling/psychotherapy for various issues and challenges that arise for most of us throughout the course our lives. My services range from bereavement/grief counseling, couples, marriage and family difficulties, transitional/life change issues, substance abuse and behavioral addictions, depression, anxiety, PTSD and thought disorders. In addition, I am certified in equine assisted psychotherapy for both children and adults which is a highly effective treatment for combat veterans, their families and those with other types of trauma. , Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) offers a comprehensive, highly effective form of treatment that is experiential, and can be useful in conjuction with traditional therapy or as an alternative for most issues and disorders. EAP has been studied for several years regarding its efficacy especially in the treatment of Combat PTSD. , I have experience working at all levels of care: Detox, Inpatient, Inpatient Rehab, Residential, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient treatments for both Mental Health and Substance Abuse. This provides me with the referrals/contacts should anyone need more intervention beyond Outpatient care.
