About Us

Taking the first step to seek counseling can be overwhelming, and it also demonstrates tremendous courage. As a counselor, I consider it an honor to support individuals in finding resilience through life’s challenges. I am passionate about providing trauma-informed care, which means a felt sense of safety and a kind and considerate pace are the most important things in the room. I lead with curiosity and compassion and offer a nonjudgmental space where clients can freely explore their inner world. Whatever your story or need, you can expect your treatment to be highly individualized and to honor you as a unique human being. , I help clients recover from traumatic events, find relief from depression and anxiety, and find meaning in grief and loss. We will work in partnership to develop a plan that builds upon your strengths and nurtures resilience. Some of my specialties are Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, narrative, somatics, and brainspotting. , I am pleased to work within a spiritual or faith-based framework for clients who find that helpful. I am a passionate advocate for the destigmatization of mental health challenges and aim to create a therapeutic space that emanates warmth, acceptance, and empowerment.
