About Us

Hello. My name is Kathryn "Kati" Kristol. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida, New Jersey, and Delaware and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in West Virginia (Interstate Telehealth Provider) and Minnesota. My approach to therapy is empathetic, non-judgemental, and strengths-based. I specialize in providing guidance and support for individuals and families with substance abuse and/or mental health issues. We can work on defining boundaries, learning effective communication skills, and making self care a priority. , As a psychotherapist, I encourage you when you question yourself, and challenge you when you need to have the bar set higher. Together, we will build insight into your symptoms and barriers to change. You will learn how to manage stressors and challenges more productively. I use a trauma-informed lens with a solution-focused approach. , No one should feel helpless, frustrated, stuck, or incapable of self-improvement.
