I believe that when a patient comes to see a therapist, they often ask these questions. "Will I feel safe, will I be heard without judgment and can this unknown person be trusted?" I am in awe of my patients courage and their ability to trust, so that the issues grappled with can be explored and understood, and that ultimately they can begin to heal and grow in ways that are both needed and desired. , I am a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience with diverse patient populations including work as a psychologist on an army base. I also completed a post doctoral fellowship in neuropsychology and have extensive training in CBT as well.
