About Us

Hi, my name Hi, my name is Kate and I am a dedicated licensed psychotherapist with over 15 years experience working in the mental health field. I am committed to helping empower individuals on their journey of healing and mental well-being. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, grief/loss, and interpersonal relationship issues. I am originally from New Jersey and studied psychology at Villanova University and Rutgers University then went on to obtain a masters of science from Monmouth University in mental health counseling. , I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy and always work to identify specific needs and the best path for each individual. I am trained in a number of different therapeutic modalities including EMDR, CBT, solution-focused, and client-centered therapy. , I view therapy as a collaborative process where we work together in a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment to get to the root of the problem. I believe that every symptom has an underlying cause and my goal is to help transform pain and struggle into hope and personal growth.
