Currently accepting new clients via teletherapy. I am ready to help you! I have been a therapist for over 9 years. My specialties include the treatment of Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Trauma and Recovery, Stress Management, Adjustment and life transitions, Grief and Loss, Attachment and boundaries, Interpersonal relationship issues- including peer and family of origin. I view therapy as a mutual relationship with the Therapist and Client. I also strongly believe in the connection between physical and mental health, so my treatment will incorporate improving both of these areas of your life. , At the first session, you can expect a nonjudgemental, empathetic, and relaxed conversation to build up a therapeutic rapport.
