About Us

I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with over 20 years of experience and have successfully worked with countless individuals helping them through an array of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, and relationship problems. I view the therapeutic relationship as a pivotal part of the process for change, growth and development of self-awareness and insight. I strive to create a non-judgmental and safe space where my clients can freely express themselves, explore issues, and together we can work towards making positive life changes. , I understands that each person is unique and take an individualized, goal-oriented approach in my work, using a multidisciplinary approach such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy or Solution Focused Therapy techniques to tailor interventions to best meet the needs of my clients and help give them the appropriate tools needed to move forward and feel better. , I believe one of my strengths is the ability to connect with and understand others. I strive to form therapeutic relationships based on honesty, trust, unconditional positive regard and open communication. Thus, allowing my client to feel truly seen, safe, understood and free to fully participate in the therapeutic process.
