I have dedicated my career to helping my clients find the balance missing in their lives. My caseload currently consists of clients suffering from depression, anxiety, addiction, family concerns, body image issues, and those who lack motivation. My style of therapy is to help direct my clients in a positive manner with a "plan in hand" after leaving my office. A plan that allows you to produce tangible progress. Together, through hard work, I can help you discover the path to moving forward in a positive direction. , " I use cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapy to help my clients discover their full potential.
