" I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 8 years of experience working with clients in community mental health and addiction treatment programs. In both, I have provided my clients with tools to overcome life challenges such as substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, along with self-esteem and relationship struggles. I have a passion for both education and counseling for purposeful healing. Together, my passions help my clients overcome past and present experiences and assist with their transformation into successful, empowered, and healthy individuals.
