" I am a compassionate therapist with extensive experience with divorce, blended families and trauma. My goal is to guide people to their own solutions, based on individual needs, in a safe, confidential and caring environment. I work with children over 12, individuals, adults, couples and families. My specialties include Couples Connections, Blended Families, Adolescent Issues, Parenting, Eating Disorders, Sexual Abuse, Borderline Personality Disorder and lifting Depression and Anxiety. Children face many pressures, from peers, social media, and school. They are trying to figure out where they belong and often feel overwhelmed and misunderstood. I enjoy working with teenagers and have the experience and training to help ease the way. , I enjoy working with couples in distress helping them find solutions to improve the quality of their connection and intimacy. I believe in the importance of marriage and family and if at all possible solving problems to keep them intact. However, when necessary I provide guidance to a reasonable ending and ease the divorce process.
