About Us

I work with my clients to help them repair and nurture the relationships they have with their loved ones. Though I am trained in treating couples and families, my therapy also values a focus on the individual. I find it important to promote a balance between rational and emotional orientations to our experiences, and I help my clients to reflect this balance in multiple facets of their lives. , I specialize in therapy for men. Much of my personal and academic research focuses on gender and masculinity and how these perspectives can shape the experience of being a man. I utilize experiential formats of treatment for many of my male clients, including adventure therapy, and offer services out-of-office. , I invite you to consider psychotherapy as a unique opportunity to understand yourself from a perspective that honors the life circumstances you have experienced.
