Hi my name is Jeri Moore, Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida trained in EMDR therapy. Are you feeling anxious, depressed or stuck? I specialize in helping people go from overwhelm to peace. My approach promotes self awareness, while implementing ACT, DBT, and EMDR to relieve difficult symptoms. My practice is enriched with by studies in EMDT therapy, Mindfulness practices, Acceptance and commitment therapy, as well as dialectic behavioral therapy. My specialization is working with people to heal Anxiety, Trauma and Depressive symptoms , My approach ranges from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, ACT, EMDR, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness Therapy, Reality Therapy, Couples Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Behavioral therapy. I take a Holistic eclectic approach. I believe therapy is a collaborative effort between both therapist and client. , My style involves helping to arrive at insight, strategies, and tools that you can begin using immediately to make positive change in your life. We don’t just sit and talk. I love to provide you with concrete tools wherever possible and help you to have a plan for the following days before our next session.
