Helping people uncover the root causes of their issues and bringing them to a resolution is my passion. I provide a safe and warm atmosphere where you feel free to discuss whatever struggles you are having. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, are having problems in relationships, experiencing symptoms from past traumas, or aren’t sure and need help sorting it out, we will create a plan together using your natural strengths to work you through your issues and get you where you want to go. , I use a variety of tools like CBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, and hypnotherapy. I have years of experience working in schools, hospitals, universities, and mental health centers. I work with adolescents, college students, and adults on a variety of issues while specializing in financial issues, men’s issues, and Christian counseling. , Therapy is your investment in a better present and future, one that I take seriously.
