I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma. Additionally, I specialize in working with professionals who may be experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, shame and even moral injury related to their jobs as first responders, doctors, nurses, CNAs, and other caregivers in a variety of settings. As a former paramedic, case manager, and nursing home administrator I have nearly 40 years working in these types of environments. I understand the complex cultures, language and challenges you face. , Clients come to therapy when they can no longer bear pain and are ready to address its causes. I am an intuitive therapist who helps clients reactivate their strengths and ditch maladaptive thoughts and behaviors. , I am empathic, empathetic and compassionate, however also a pragmatic professional.
