I can help you realize your full potential for happiness. My particular specialties are working with people experiencing trauma or loss, recovering from toxic family environments, struggling with emotion dysregulation, or belonging to marginalized communities. , I work collaboratively with clients to develop treatment goals together. I try to empower clients, help them identify their own strengths, and teach them new skills in order to solve their problems.
