" I am a licensed psychologist who specializes in providing evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to youth and adults presenting with anxiety related disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders (e.g. tic disorders, trichotillomania, skin picking), depression, difficulty coping with pediatric illnesses, and disruptive behavior. I received my B.A. in Psychology from Villanova University and both my M.Ed. and Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Florida. I completed my clinical internship in Child and Pediatric psychology at the Texas Child Study Center affiliated with Dell Childrens Hospital in Austin, TX. ", Specific to pediatric illness, I specialize in working with youth who are experiencing post concussive syndrome and have difficulty with pain management and adjustment to the medical regimes associated with concussions. , I was born and raised in St. Petersburg and am very familiar with the school and hospital systems in the area. I incorporate consultation with medical and educational providers to ensure a multidisciplinary and integrated treatment approach is utilized.
