I strongly believe in the resiliency of individuals and think that everyone can benefit from therapy. I am passionate about working with children, adolescents and adults with the goal of helping people live fulfilled lives. I pride myself on my ability to connect and relate to people regardless of their background or life experiences. Clients have shared that they appreciate that I am honest and direct yet also warm and inviting. , Therapy is a very personal experience, and therefore I tailor my approach to meet you where you are at and help you get the most out of treatment. I use evidence-based interventions combined with reparative emotional experiences in sessions. In my work with children and adolescents, I value incorporating parents into treatment when appropriate. , I intentionally keep a small caseload to ensure that my clients get the attention they need and deserve.
