At times we all face things that can feel challenging, insurmountable, or overwhelming. I view therapy as a space where my clients can share their experiences and explore patterns where they may be feeling stuck. I am passionate about helping clients work through this stuckness and detangle obstacles that may be standing in the way of the goals you desire to achieve. I recognize that taking the step to seek therapy can feel vulnerable and I am intentional about providing a nonjudgmental space as we work together in addressing the challenges that bring you in. , I believe in using an integrative approach to therapy and enjoy working with a wide variety of concerns. Some of my main professional interests include: LGBTQ+ concerns, diversity, OCD, anxiety, trauma, eating concerns, family of origin issues, and individual and group therapy. I am also trained in EMDR therapy and can incorporate this into treatment. , I look forward to working with you!
