About Us

My interest as a therapist over the last forty years is to help clients maximize strengths while gaining insight into draining and unproductive behavior patterns. Over the last fifteen years, I have expanded my practice to include both therapy and coaching for business and corporate executives. Whether dealing with communications issues in general, marital or couple relationships, or work environments and teams, the focus of my work is on developing a partnership with my clients to enhance communication skills and help them learn influencing skills through the development of emotional intelligence and appreciative inquiry. , I enjoy coaching work teams in small businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies. I work with corporations as well as executive recruiters in helping new employees assimilate into the workplace. People work and have relationships. I like to help my clients integrate both aspects of their lives , I work with people who are motivated to participate in a partnership that is dynamic and interactive. I am not a passive therapist!
