My approach to healing focuses on “Discovery”, which is much more necessary to ensure that one will heal physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. , Our culture has enhanced our need to look outside of self to others to soothe our discomfort. Rarely do we seek answers to this discomfort from within our own being. We become co-dependent upon others for answers to our sadness or emotional pain. This can only cause us to never develop the ability to trust our own self for answers to our welbeing.
