I provide a unique blend of counseling and coaching to help clients emerge from depression, overcome stress and anxiety and navigate life transitions such as: career change, adoption, grief and school challenges. I use EMDR in treating traumatic life events. Perhaps you feel like something is missing or out of balance and you want to find a better way. I love to walk alongside people to help them build a bridge from their current challenge to a hopeful future. , I have helped clients with anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma, grief, OCD, relationship difficulties, and struggles at school and work. My approach to counseling is tailored to you, often including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am also certified in EMDR therapy.
