I will join you with curiosity, compassion, openness, and acceptance of whoever you are. We laugh, we cry, we go deep! , I practice from a place of humanistic and relational therapy, while drawing from evidenced-based practices, to help you work towards goals, navigate around your barriers, and learn coping skills to manage thoughts and emotions that feel overwhelming. I believe you are the expert on yourself and your own healing, and I am here to join you on your journey. , I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida, specializing in anxiety, phobias, OCD, trauma, and care for the LGBTQIA+ community.
