Life is a journey. Sometimes you need someone to walk beside you, to support in navigating its path. You may have friends and family but need an individual outside your immediate support system. Or you may find yourself at a point in life feeling alone, with no one on the path beside you. If either resonates with you, I am here to support you in reflecting, moving forward, working on challenges in your life, and progressing on your path. I provide both in-office sessions and tele-health. Online therapy for both Florida and Georgia. In-office visits are available in Yulee/Fernandina Beach Florida. , I have been practicing individual counseling for over 13 years. I provide a safe accepting environment for an individual to learn and grow in. I have worked with a number of diagnosis such as anxiety and depressive disorders, mood disorders, general life changes and grief & loss. I work with children in grade school, adolescents and adults. , I am ready to join you on your path! You have great value and I desire to assist in you seeing that value when you look at yourself!
